  1. The applicant must be a native of Bihar.
  2. The applicant must be between 18 and 32 years of age.
  3. The applicant must have completed Class 12, ITI, Diploma, Graduation, or Post Graduation.
  4. The applicant must have completed a recognized skill development program.
